Future Leaders Endowment provides a source
of funding for programs that enhance leadership
development for young otolaryngologists and
cultivate future leaders.
The Residents and Young Physicians Future Leaders Endowment will provide a perpetual stream of funding to support such things as:
- Travel grants to the AAO-HNS/F Annual Meeting & OTO EXPOSM and the BOG Spring Meeting
- Leadership development and recognition
